The Classic has a vibe of understated elegance from the velvet sofa to the silk fabrics. However, this is all about comfort and the Classic provides all your comfort requirements to a high standard to ensure you have a fabulous stay.

On the upper floor of the old granary you can sit on your little balcony and take in the views of the pretty cobbled courtyard or across the Falstone Farm Estate fields to the other side of the valley.

Falstone Barns
A sumptuously decorated barn
The Classic is a sumptuously decorated 2 bedroomed barn, which can provide either two super-king sized beds or change one room to twin beds by request. The high ceilings and old beams create a charming and relaxed living space.
This first floor barn suite commands superb views of the valley beyond.
Some features of this barn suite are a sunken bath with granite surround together with a separate shower which is accessed from the corridor as well as from the master suite. A Hans Groehe walk-in shower in the second suite with slate and mosaic tile decor provides a spacious shower room.
The kitchen features granite work tops, a wine fridge and caters for all your cooking needs with oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with small freezer compartment.
The lounge has a wonderful fireplace with a woodburning fire for those cosy nights.
The barn provides ‘grown-up’ luxury with style.
bedrooms & Bathroom
You will be spoiled for choice with these two gorgeous bedrooms. The first bedroom is decorated with golden hues and creams and has that air of luxury about it. The ceilings are high and the old granary roof beams hark back to its history.
You’ll enjoy a super comfy super-king sized bed and can watch a second smart TV from your bed. Mirrored double-doors take you into the large bathroom which reveals the lovely sunken bath with granite surround. This is a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has a richer palette and a glamorous vibe. This is complimented by the smart slate and mosaic shower room complete with a Hans Groehe rain shower.
The second bedroom can be rearranged into a twin bedded room upon advance notice to suit your preference.
You’ll find fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries in each bathroom.

INFANTS & SMALL CHILDREN
If you are bringing small children you may prefer the French barn suite as all the facilities are on the ground floor and you can keep a watchful eye on children playing in the courtyard. The Classic can accommodate small children provided you are happy to negotiate the external steps to the first floor.
CONSIDERING GUESTS WITH MOBILITY ISSUES
If you wish to avoid the external staircase, you may wish to consider either The French or The Opulent barn suites. The Opulent provides Accessibility Level 1 and has three entry options into the living area, kitchen plus a door directly into the main bedroom. The shower room is large and accessible with a seat.
