Falstone Barns is a beautifully renovated set of farm buildings offering 5* quality accommodation sleeping from 2 to 4 people and up to 6 people if you interlink The Opulent and The Romantic.
The barns sit on the Falstone Farm Estate, a 32-acre farm which boasts an ideal central location for Kielder, Hadrian’s Wall, Hexham, the Scottish Borders and the Northumberland Coast. Falstone Barns are situated one mile from Kielder Dam and has fantastic walking and cycling routes in the valley. Falstone Barns is situated in the village of Falstone with 2 great pubs nearby, the Blackcock Inn and the Pheasant Inn plus the Falstone Tearoom. If you don’t want to cook, you have lovely pubs on your doorstep.

Each of our barn suites offers you a lovely comfortable holiday home to base yourself for all the great activities in the nearby lakes and forests and lovely villages and towns. You’ll be spoilt for choice as to which barn to choose from, many guests return and either return to their favourite barn or try one of the others as each has its own look and style.
Each barn has a mixture of original features and modern comforts. The barns are grade III listed and have been lovingly converted to make the most of the beautiful country setting and provide a wonderful place to call home for a while.

The Romantic is a true romantic hideaway for two with its very own magical tree.
Rustic and cosy with a wood-burning stove, Pugin red walls and a hand carved bed, with a hint of medieval you won’t want to leave.
Cycle storage
The North Tyne Valley, Kielder Forest and the Kielder area generally are fantastic for cycling and Falstone Barns is the perfect location for the cycling enthusiast to stay.
Falstone Barns offers the cycling enthusiast a fabulous place to stay and a secure place to store your cycle. For a small fee we offer cycle storage with a lock and key so you can come and go as you please. Book your storage early to avoid disappointment.
