We had a fabulous stay at falstone farm in the romantic medieval apartment. It’s a beautiful farm and the Kielder area only 10 minutes away is stunning. Was very quiet and access was easy but not sure how many other guests were there Our only comment would be it had a very soft mattress which didn’t suite us but may suite others. We had dinner at the pheasant which was a lovely old fashioned pub with great food.

Can’t fault the location or accommodation at all.

We have just comeback from a three night stay in Opulence. Perfect place in a perfect location. We visited the observatory which is only a short drive away.

Great location for visiting Kielder and the surrounding area. The Classic was refurbished to a high standard and had all the comforts of home plus a wood burner which challenged our boy scout skills.

A wonderful four night stay in the Classic Opulent suite, with a friend, to celebrate my birthday. My sister and her friend stayed in the very same suite around 10 years ago and had recommended it. Wow! We will be back! The suite is so luxuriously beautiful. The beds are SO comfortable. Attention to detail is great (we loved the separate wine fridge). Our hosts were so very lovely when our supermarket delivery arrived a few minutes before we did (sorry about that). We enjoyed a walk to Kielder Water and a trip to the lovely village of Bellingham (highly recommend the Hareshaw Linn waterfall walk... just beautiful).

The Blackcock In in the village is SO very welcoming with great staff and food. The Pheasant Inn, a short walk from the village, is also top notch.

Another lovely long weekend at Falstone Barns. Always a warm welcome, luxurious, comfortable and clean accommodation set in a beautiful courtyard. This was our fourth visit and we’ll be back for sure.

We tried the Blackcock Inn for this first time on this visit. 2 minute walk and exceptionally friendly bar with great choice of gins

Stayed for 2 nights in the Versace Glamour Barn conversion to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This accommodation is stunning! With comfortable beds, all modern appliances (including separate wine cooler fridge !), super Wi-Fi, beautiful decor including the bathrooms and thoughtful touches - you will not be disappointed.

Falstone Barns are located in lovely Northumberland countryside and we enjoyed several walks around the area, visited the local pub (it is just around the corner) and just relaxed in the courtyard with a cup of coffee. We are already planning a return visit! Thanks to our hosts.
