The Opulent barn suite really has the wow factor. The lounge and kitchen area offer a great living space for easy entertaining and family gatherings.
With the gold, black and mirrored interiors it has a celebration vibe going on, a little bit cosmopolitan and definitely a bit of luxury in the country.
With the Empress size bed overlooking the old farm cobbled courtyard and the wet room and decadent bathroom you may not want to leave but you’ll love to come home to The Opulent after a day out exploring nearby lakes and forests.
This barn may be interlinked with the neighbouring Romantic to accommodate sleeping arrangements for 6 and so creating a choice of living spaces whilst maintaining privacy within your group.

The Opulent overlooks the pretty courtyard and is a very versatile barn suite. The main entrance brings you into the spacious living area with lounge and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen includes a wine fridge and is perfect for entertaining in the open-plan living space adjoining the lounge area with large sofa and armchairs. Follow your favourite streaming series on your smart TV.
The exposed beams give height to the room and reveal its heritage. The old cattle shed byre now sparkles with feature walls, art and a high-end spec to ensure your stay is a memorable one.
Each bedroom is at opposite ends of the barn with the master, en-suite and living areas all on the ground floor with Accessibility Level 1. Easy access is given from the car park and there is direct access to the main bedroom from a courtyard plus a stable door in the kitchen area opens into the courtyard which is great for summer drinks at your patio table in the courtyard.
The Opulent and The Romantic can be inter-linked to create a three bedroom barn-suite providing options for a larger family or group of friends.

The master suite has an Empress size bed, small wardrobe and chest of drawers and a smart TV. The en-suite wet room has a power shower with side bar water jets.
The second bedroom is a small double with wardrobe space and is located on an upper floor with further storage on the landing.
The Opulent has the most glamorous bathroom bedecked with black marble tiles surrounding a free-standing roll top bath and separate shower. You’ll find fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries in both bathrooms.

The Opulent can accommodate small children provided you are happy that the barn has several stairs up to the second bedroom and several stairs down to the large bathroom. Please keep a watchful eye on children playing in the courtyard.
CONSIDERING GUESTS WITH MOBILITY ISSUES
The Opulent provides Accessibility Level 1 and has three entry options into the living area, kitchen plus a door directly into the main bedroom. The shower room is large and accessible and has a fold down wooden seat in the shower.
