Paula and Dave fell in love with the Falstone Farm Estate as soon as they saw it in the summer of 2019.  Looking for a new challenge they relocated from Cheshire and made Northumberland their home in 2020.   Arriving just ahead of the pandemic the next two years were not exactly as they had planned but ever the determined pair, they set out making major improvements to Falstone Barns and its sister business PoshHuts.   

With an eye for detail and quality their aim is to provide a great stay in a great location.  What set’s Falstone Barns apart do they think?  It’s the peace and tranquillity of the location that guests absolutely love and bring them back wanting that bit of ‘heaven on earth’ with all the comforts thrown in.  Being circled by the 32-acre Falstone Farm Estate means you hear the birdsong, the buzzing of the bees and the bleat of the lambs. Nature is bountiful here and you’re very likely to see red squirrel, deer or a kingfisher. 

Falstone Farm rests on the site of a former original castle and is situated on the ancient Drovers road from Scotland to England.  The farm has ancient history with a farmhouse encompassing a unique Bastle dating back to 1604.  The pair have been working on the farmhouse and you are likely to see them around and about the farm, say hello quickly as they don’t stand still for too long.
