The safety of our guests and staff are paramount and we have implemented enhanced cleaning procedures to protect against Covid19

WE DISPOSE OF EACH SET OF GLOVES AND APRON AFTER EACH ACCOMMODATION CLEAN:

PPE of disposable gloves and apron is worn by each member of staff during the cleaning of each accommodation.  That unique set of gloves and apron is disposed of after each clean.  A fresh set will be worn when cleaning the next accommodation.

WE SANITISE HIGH TOUCH POINTS

We sanitise all those touch points which are regularly used such as door keys, door handles and light switches.

NON-ESSENTIAL ITEMS

At times of enhanced cleaning measures, we may remove tourist information leaflets, maps, books, and cushion on beds.  During these periods we would advise you to research your trips online.

INDIVIDUAL TOILETRIES AND MILK

Although we are committed to the removal of single-use plastics we may use individual toiletries during any period of enhanced measures.  Please let us know in advance if you would like a small bottle of fresh milk to be left in your fridge.

CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

We shall continue to implement our procedure of contactless check-in and out.
